Coaching Services
Are you unsure if health and wellbeing coaching is the right tool for you? All clients start with an introductory session where we can talk through where you’re at on your health and wellbeing journey, and where you’re looking to go (don’t worry if your goals aren’t clear yet!) It’s a relaxed 30 minute session where we can get to know each other a little and make a plan about the best way forward for you.
After our introductory coaching session, most people benefit from engaging in a 3-month one-on-one coaching program. A key element to making sustained positive change is consistent support over the initial period of goal definition, experimentation, new habit formation and skill development. The 3-month coaching program can be extended based on your goals and progress. In some cases this program may not be a fit, so individual sessions are also available. To find out more about coaching fees (investments!) look here. All sessions are conducted via a video call (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) and require a reliable internet connection. Introductory Session
The first step. This session is to check in and see if coaching, (and me as your coach!), is the best way forward for you. The session is 30 minutes long and conducted via an online video call.
3 Month Coaching Program
This is the recommended path following the introductory coaching session. Making changes in the areas of health and wellbeing take time. Coaching over 3 months allows me to better understand your goals (or help you define them) and offer the most effective support.
Individual Session
In some cases, individual coaching sessions may be a better fit for you. If we agreed this is the best way forward during our introductory session, book below!
